Types of Services Provided

Swedish Massage: The most well-known form of massage consists of continuous flowing strokes over broad areas of the body, relieving tension from tight muscles by increasing circulation and removing toxins, giving the body a feeling of well being.
Deep Tissue Massage: This form of massage uses a wide variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, trigger point, connective tissue, petrissage, just to name a few). The therapist uses experience and knowledge to help relieve pain, remove toxins, improve circulation and increase relaxation.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Massage: This technique is a deep relaxing treatment. Utilizing parallel bars on the ceiling for balance and leverage, the therapist uses her body weight to press, sweep, swirl and relax the muscles, all while using her feet. This style of massage will provide deep relaxation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and release toxins. Receiving an Ashiatsu session is like no other massage you have ever experienced.

Pregnancy Massage: Using Swedish techniques, the expectant mother can relax, feel warm and secure, while easing the common ache and pains that come with pregnancy. We have specially designed massage tables with a belly hole that is firmly suppported by a wide sling... very comfortable and relaxing. Doctor's consent is required for this treatment.

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage: This is a gentle, yet deep rocking, rhythmical flowing massage with stretching. The pace is based on the rhythms of the tribal drumming music played during the session.

On-Site Workplace Chair Massage: A 10-15 minute session performed in a portable massage chair. You are seated upright, fully dressed. (No oils or lotions are used).
